Do not purchase from #Sears. They believe it’s okay to make a customer wait two weeks to fix a dead refrigerator that was bought less than 3 years ago. They won’t let me speak with a manager.

#sears my 3 year old refrigerator died and Sears is offering me an appointment 2 weeks from now. They expect me to be without a refrigerator for 2 weeks in the summer. Customer Service department has zero focus on the customer needs. Josh hung up on me. Employee ID 913515

Latest European Model now wants to jog the storm back closer to the coast on Wed. This would mean some snow in eastern MA, generally light. We'll have to monitor this shift to see if it's a new trend. Euro had been advertising a miss the last 2 days. #wcvb
