@L0SCH @HelderTavares22 Bicicletas não são motas. Nos EUA a grande quantidade de mortes foi devido ao sistema pensar que as luzes da mota (motas americanas com duas luzes) estariam longe pois assumia como um carro. Aquele vídeo tem 2/3 anos mas mostra bem o problema que existe/existia.

Pela primeira vez estou a ver Portugal a adiantar-se face aos outros países da Europa. Até agora, e só muito recentemente, apenas a Holanda permite. Quem está a falar à toa não sabe do que está a falar. Não estamos atrasados nisto, somos o segundo país da Europa a considerar esta tecnologia em escala. Outros países têm frameworks para testes com imensa burocracia feitos pelas empresas, não com carros de consumidores. Na Holanda já se pode usar o FSD da Tesla e o RDW (IMT) requisitou à comissão europeia a aprovação em toda a UE.

@sahouraxo Israel is not targeting children. Start with that. The question is whether there were children there, or if the facility was being used for other, more nefarious purposes. You can't just say, "It looks like a school therefore it is full of children." That is unlikely.
