Unpopular opinion! Anyone, even myself could build that Nakivubo channel if it was to put an arcade just like Hamis did. Just go to the bank, or raise money from funders. No funder would deny you money if they know you're putting a building this size on a free land in town. Ideally this is the heart of the city and anyone would be willing to give you money, build and it will definitely start generating revenue. Even government could've achieved it. What few people could achieve is putting a luxury park like he had promised, however much it was the best way to hoodwink Ugandans since if he had suggested arcades, anyone would've requested to do the project for you can achieve it with zero investment. I'm sure @KCCAUG would've achieved the luxury park since it builds for Ugandans. Now we are stuck with a congested city!!!
