Nothing is more important than that young man's health. That was the point of my last tweet. I'm sorry if that was misunderstood but his health is all that matters. Again, everything else is irrelevant. I prayed for him & will continue to.

@Uber_Support Your agents are completely unhelpful and are saying the same thing they’ve said for the last six months. They give me directions on how to log into the app to find it. The issue is it is NOT THERE. Not that I can’t find it.
