Our article is in an issue! @KPColeman @MagnusLLundgren How come #IOs set ambitious goals but scale them down? Policy paradigms ➡️ achievable issue definitions ➡️ limited action = No UN army or large standby force, focus on a rapidly deployable #peacekeeping brigade (∼5,000)
