The first ECG is very abnormal and I would have done all your investigations + get ECG & ECHO from parents. After that close monitoring as he is only 17!!! I don’t usually bother with detraining in such cases as it does not affect management. So no label but NOT AH.

18 years old female with aborted #SuddenDeath and diagnosis of #HCM.
She reports exertional dyspnea - NYHA II. No rest or dynamic LVOT obstruction, maximal LV wall=13mm, NT-proBNP =2902 pg/ml.
