@AmazonHelp I am looking for an item that got lost in shipping that was ordered from a gift registry, the person in chat had 0 idea what I was saying to forwarded me to a phone line which couldn’t enter a tracking number and now have has accidentally refunded me other items that I ordered.

this is ridiculous @amazon @amazonhelp I’ve been on the phone/in chat with your customer service reps for 40+ minutes none of them speak English enough to understand what I’m saying or can enter a tracking number meanwhile sounds like they’re in a public cafe taking calls
