@amazon please help! I have an item that’s been shown as “out for delivery “ for the last two weeks ! Spoke by chat to several customer service agents over the last few days . Stays changed from “ arriving Tuesday-to Wednesday “ and now shows as delivered 8 hours in the future

@delhivery You delhivery team in bangalore is too bad.. He forcefully kept parcel at the gate and when i asked for delivery on Saturday as i was not available. Since he insisted we aggreed to leave package at my door and i told to check and if OK then share OTP by 9:00 PM.

@AmazonHelp Received a damaged mattress from @AmazonIN right out of the box. The product has a 10-day replacement policy, but Amazon is refusing replacement and pushing only return + refund. Customers shouldn’t have to fight to get what was promised. Sharing pics for proof

.@amazonIN Have you eliminated customer service? Can't chat/call customer service. Infinite redirection->same useless, generic page. 1st order returned mysteriously without delivery attempt. 2nd order: same path. Why take orders if you can't deliver?

Wow, the level of nonchalant behavior from this delivery agent casually tossing a product over a 5 foot gate and marking the product as delivered is incredible. Now, I am stuck with a dead on arrival product from @amazonIN @AmazonHelp care to evaluate and confirm? I have lost a product worth 4000 which was meant as a gift in memory of my Father. Note: This is cctv footage from my cctv camera facing the gate.
