@CBKReport I know it feels like a terrible stretch for KU, but I see this and realize it certainly could be worse.

Jeremy Fears Jr. will most likely be the best returning player in college basketball if he runs it back at MSU next season.
Despite being just 6’1”, Fears is one of the highest-IQ, grittiest, winningest players you’ll see.
Unsurprisingly, The Floor General continues to generate NBA buzz at the Draft Combine with elite performance.
JFJ is without a doubt an NBA player, but I’m hoping we get to witness at least one more year in the green and white 💚🤍

@CBBFilmRoom Putting him on the same team as Stokes, Kinney, and Blyden is going to be special.

Keanu Dawes is one of the top transfers in all of college basketball and is taking his talents to one of the sport’s premier programs in the Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball team.
At 6’9”, 215 pounds, Dawes brings an incredibly rare blend of strength, athleticism, versatility, and skill. A physical force with very few weaknesses, he impacts the game in nearly every area on the floor.
At Utah this past season, Dawes averaged:
12.5 PPG
8.8 REB
2.2 AST
Dawes has the frame and toughness to play both the 4 and the 5, but what makes him especially intriguing is his offensive versatility. He’s a capable perimeter shooter who knocked down 31 threes this season while also possessing the power and explosiveness to dominate around the basket.
One of the most athletic forwards in college basketball, Dawes consistently played above the rim and produced some of the best dunks in the country this past season.
His ability to bully defenders downhill, finish through contact, space the floor, and overwhelm opponents athletically makes him an incredibly unique matchup problem.
Extremely intriguing addition for Kansas. @keanu_28

@GregsonDarren I think people love the ear tickling prophecy. I loved that prophecy for 30 years until I learned the truth.

@RoyalsPlsWin Flory couldn't defend a big to save his life. He was worthless offensively beyond 5 feet. He constantly switched off bigs to take on guards and left our guards trying to defend bigs. Now we have real size in the paint instead of a 6'7" center.

@Isaac__Trotter @MSwain247 I don't think it's that big of a stretch. We might not have as many blocks, but we'll be one of the top rebounding squads in America. Blyden and Stokes are ballhawks- we're going to look like 2008 at times with the runouts.
English

@MSwain247 I don’t know how even the most optimistic outlook could project a top-10 defense with this personnel

@MSwain247 I think it's low. We're more of a Top 10 offense than Top 20.

NEW: Washington Transfer C Franck Kepnang has committed to Kentucky!
Wouldn’t worry too much about the waiver, he should get atleast 1 more year.
Mark Pope gets a VERY PHYSICAL Backup Center. He committed to staff yesterday, I’m told.

NEW: Washington Transfer C Franck Kepnang is involved with Kentucky, a source tells me. Would Need a waiver for a 7th year. Quote on that from Washington Media: “He and HC Danny Sprinkle appeared confident that he'd receive it due to his injury history, which limited him to 8 games in the 2022-23 season, 10 in 2023-24, and 14 in 2024-25” • 6.2p • 6.3r • 2.1b • 22.9mpg. (25/27 games started) • DBPM: 4.0 #BBN #KentuckyBasketball
