Villanova Wildcats men's basketball has secured one of the top scoring guards in college basketball with the addition of Daryl Simmons II from the St. Bonaventure Bonnies. This past season, Simmons averaged: 16.4 PPG 1.9 REB 2.8 AST He was also one of the premier shooters in the country, knocking down 94 threes at an elite 42.5% clip from beyond the arc. Simmons is a lightning-quick guard and one of the best off-the-dribble scorers in college basketball. With his quick twitch, elite change of pace, and advanced ball-handling ability, he consistently creates separation and gets to his spots with ease. Despite his size, Simmons is extremely comfortable hitting tough shots over length and possesses one of the best floater packages in the country. His combination of perimeter shooting, shot creation, and scoring versatility should provide immediate offensive firepower for Villanova next season. Big-time scoring addition for Villanova. @beastmodebuddy

Boise State Broncos men's basketball fans should be absolutely pumped about the addition of Ty Rodgers next season. Rodgers is a 6’6”, 200-pound guard/forward with an extremely intriguing skillset built around size, versatility, and physicality. He has not played since the 2023–24 season due to injury and a redshirt, but his impact at Illinois showed exactly why he’s such an exciting addition for Boise State. During the 2023–24 season at Illinois: • Started all 38 games • 6.2 PPG • 5.3 REB • 2.0 AST • 53.7% FG Illinois also went 29–9 and won the Big Ten Tournament Championship that season. Rodgers brings a rare combination of ball-handling ability, defensive switchability, rebounding, and positional versatility. He thrives attacking downhill, creating physical advantages around the basket, and impacting winning in multiple ways. One of his most underrated traits is his activity on the glass.
