We were discussing the new evidence in the federal prosecution of Matthew Farwell for the death of Sandra Birchmore in our morning meeting. According to Feds: -DNA matching Matthew Farwell was found on the duffle bag strap that was used to strangle Birchmore. -Farwell’s DNA was found in Birchmore's clothing. That suggests physical contact occurred after the time Farwell claimed it had ended. *In September 2024, I reported that the Feds had a meeting with the Massachusetts Chief Medical Examiner prior to indicting Farwell. The Feds alerted the ME that their findings contradicted the ME’s determination of suicide. The ME wouldn’t budge and Birchmore’s death certificate still has “asphyxia by hanging”

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK The jury understood reasonable doubt and there is a lot of it: The prosecution cannot clearly prove that a car strike happened, cannot definitively tie Karen’s vehicle to the death, and relied on an investigation that was heavily flawed. Evidence tampering…..etc .

Listen… You’re talking about a verdict, I’m talking about THE TRUTH. The TRUTH is OJ Simpson SLAUGHTERED TWO HUMAN BEINGS. The verdict is he was found not guilty by a dumb jury. We shouldn’t settled for ineptitude. The jury in the second Karen Read trial was admittedly inept. Their question about her videos being evidence shows that. They clearly weren’t intelligent enough to handle the responsibility they had. I’m looking for justice beyond a jury, and the civil trial will provide that. MORE PROBABLE THAN NOT.

The fact that the blogger can post this after helping derail the future that was laid out for Colin Albert is telling. His university years, his place on the football team, his relationships with childhood and family friends… all of it was impacted. Kelsey has already been wrongly jailed, almost shot to death, been without her child since he was four months, betrayed by friends, and stolen from. What stood out to me in the @DropMicrodots propaganda-fueled video is how much defense material was used, including surveillance video from the home and the 209A Abuse Prevention Order. Was he hired by Kelsey’s defense like he was by AJ in the Karen Read case? Curiously missing are key documented incidents that provide context, like the October 2024 trip to Croatia, "where the mother threatened to k*ll herself and leave a note blaming the father." Upon their return, when "she became erratic, when the father wanted to call 911, she held a knife to her head and threatened self-harm. He eventually calmed her and insisted she go to a crisis center in Lawrence, where she attended several follow-up appointments." The March 2025 incident that involved "her mother restraining her in the kitchen while her stepfather called 911. After a prolonged argument, with emergency services present, she agreed to go to the hospital, where a physician issued a Section 12 order requiring psychiatric evaluation." Also missing are witness statements from the Bethel, Maine trip, where friends documented her throwing a Stanley tumbler down the stairs at one friend’s head, a box of champagne glasses at another, requiring a friend to restrain her, getting kicked in the process, when not being restrained, the mother ran over unprompted and kicked the friend in the knee again. The mother then ran into the woods, leaving friends to search for her. The weekend ended with friends fleeing the getaway, and her parents picking up the baby from the father’s parents at 3 AM. The friends’ drive home also included a sideswipe incident, where the statement reflects the friend "did not want to assume who was driving". All of these incidents were documented in calls to Bethel PD, Methuen PD, and North Andover PD. Each incident was either witnessed or documented, not reliant on the father’s word. It appears the information provided to Microdots was either excluded or omitted, despite being publicly available. Leaving these incidents out of the video paints an incomplete picture, ignoring the clear pattern of the mother’s escalating behavior and instability over seven months, not to mention the poor judgment in deciding to run a social media campaign aimed at the father, including an audio and video recording of him.

CORRUPT! 🚨 The Commonwealth, according to Bradyl, told Martha Coakley that that they did not intend to ask for Kelsey to serve more time in jail had she been convicted. If they TRULY believed that she had fired at a police officer, do you think they would have been content enough to only ask for time served & maybe probation as a sentence? This gives me the impression that the entire prosecutorial pursuit, the tax dollars, Kelsey’s pretrial detention, etc. was disingenuous and politically driven. What a waste! Local channels either gave out false information (no ring camera footage) or were told not to report on it at all.
