Sophie is in Geneva for a series of diplomatic and NGO‑aligned engagements tied to: • Preventing sexual violence in conflict • Women’s rights and peacebuilding • Her role as a UN‑affiliated advocate (she works with the Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative, not WHO) It is no surprise it is being mis-reported and misrepresented. As usual this unfettered prancing by Harry’s wife on the world stage, using her Royal titles, IS doing damage to the institution of the Monarchy and clouding their message. Why it isn’t handled by the Palace mystifies me? Let’s hope there is a plan.

This latest trip is perhaps among the greatest reasons why the titles and places in the line of succession must be stripped from Harry, Meghan and their children. The couple continue to treat their business trips as cosplay royal tours. They aren’t. No reason to announced anything they are doing like they’re royals, even if they’re doing “charity”. It just continues to confuse people as to what royals actually do and the role they actually play, not the fantasy one Harry and Meghan cling to, which is the point. Harry and Meghan are violating the Sandringham agreement and essentially having playing out their own delusions of what a half in/half out role would look like. And whether Charles likes it or not, it diminishes all the royals and what they do. This must be addressed, especially given the fallout with all the Yorks. It’s been endlessly demonstrated that this doesn’t work and if Harry and Meghan won’t stop, and they won’t ever stop, Charles has to do whatever he can to stop them.
