408 pts treated with interstitial brachy for localized penile cancer. 5-year LC: 86%, penile preservation: 85%, OS: 82%. 34.3% had acute grade ≥2 tox, 18.1% developed urethral stenosis. Circumcision history= lower acute tox Lymph node involvement was the key prognostic factor

Just an update ! It is not effective to do HDR Salvage for radio recurrent prostate cancer. Local relapse is common again. #radonc #DrAndrewLoblaw #AmarUKishan
