During postmortem examination, the Medical Officer finds a penetrating wound over the left side of the chest. While dissecting the wound track, he recovers a metallic bullet. A couple of years ago, a man in 40s came with a pain abdomen. Classical Appendicitis symptoms. I advised him emergency admission and the need for surgery. He wanted a 2nd opinion, so I referred him to another surgeon. Instead of going to a surgeon he consulted a family physician who advised him tablets. 4 days later he came in sepsis with pulse of 130bpm and BP 100/60mmhg. The difference is not merely over values or political principles, but over the very meaning of rationality under the simultaneous conditions of imperial and colonial force. One side has internalised US-Israeli power as the permanent horizon of political reality, while the other treats that same power as contingent and contestable. Iran's refusal is therefore not merely the product of religious solidarity, ideological affinity, or shared strategic culture with Hizbullah, but is better understood as a rejection of the defeatist rationality that presents imperial power as the invisible limit of the possible, the zero point beyond which politics cannot go. @autopsy_surgeon Who Can Get It? Next of kin / legal heirs of the deceased often succeed in getting it (especially if they apply directly to the hospital/authority or through court proceedings). Accused persons in a criminal case can usually get it as part of the case papers ( CrPC Section 173)
