@alshafak01 you have evidence of all the change you can make, all the changes you have made — make sure you recall this, and once you do, it provide continuous strength.
Think about your past, then think about who you've become....
You did that. You saw how you wanted your life to change, trusted your instincts, and put in the work to make it happen.
Remember that the next time you start doubting yourself.
@A_Vautrelle and don’t use everything happens on gods timing as an excuse not to act, not to still have urgency with every move.
because indeed, you should.
You’re never too old or too young to do anything.
Trust on God’s timing but don’t wait on Him
to give you answers from the sky.
Act now and figure out.
Speed is the common denominator of success.
ring, ring, dwwring—it’s 8:24AM, I get up.
I open the laptop, start writing, outreaching, and tapping the keys.
I get up, time for cooking and food and gym.
back home, working, tapping the keys
…
ring, ring, dwwring—it’s 10:28PM, close the laptop, go to bed.
ah, yes.
I sit, I stand, I question a lot, occasionally think to myself—will I…
I don’t finish the sentence, I stop myself.
because I can’t control the outcome, the results—however, I can indeed control the inputs, the actions.
therefore, it’s what I focus on
you should, too.
You aren’t controlled by your anger.
You control it.
I’ll prove it to you.
Let’s say you’re angry at me.
And your mum calls you.
Will you pick up the phone and keep the same anger?
No.
You’ll tone it down and go back to normal.
You just controlled your anger :)
will I regret it?
the family conversations, the connection with my girlfriend, the laughs and memories and smiles, the joy.
will I regret not experiencing it due to chasing the grind, chasing betterment?
that, I will never know. Not until it’s too late.
@KaidenThoughts Most people miss that "the grind" is a tool meant to fund a life, but it often ends up consuming the very life it was supposed to support.
@IamLeoAfonso And I have to keep an open mind to that, right? The fact that maybe, there is no right or wrong answer — just perspective, just difference.
