@anon_opin To me, it means please don't turn up earlier than 7.30, as this is the time we plan to be ready, and please do turn up before 8, because this is when we plan to start.

People should state exact times for when to arrive or meet. If you say come for 7:30/8:00 what does that mean? Just say come at 8:00. This makes it clear for everyone.

When you have a household living with depression, you don't realise how quickly mess piles up in your home. But having good friends and family who will help when it's gotten way too much and not shame you, is immensly helpful and incredibly freeing.

Do not believe social media. Dave is away in rehab with no access to the internet. I have his phone. I have not checked any of his apps except Timehop. (He has a suuuper long streak he wants to keep going). At 4am I was alseep. But appreantly he was last seen online then??? No.

Finally saw a respiratory nurse for my breathing/coughing issues. Shes horrified at my condition and that ive been fobbed off with 'just allergies'. So, either asthma, copd or another autoimmune breathing issue. Because tasting blood during excercise isnt normal 🙃
