In 2003 I ate only pickled and fermented foods for a couple of months. Onions, gherkins, eggs etc. My shits were, quite frankly, terrifying and my farts, caustic and eye watering. I lost over a stone; and my girlfriend.

I know I'm becoming a hermit because I'm getting on friendly chit chat terms with my hello fresh delivery driver. Fuck me bleak.

@_theface Got to bed at 11 last night. Slept till about 7 or 8. So yeah. Hooray for prescription medication! 18 pills daily. Woop.

Been upgraded to extra strong anti depressants. And also sleeping pills. According to docs I have 'very complicated mental health' which i think means 'you're fucked mate' in doctor terms. So yeah. More progress.

@_theface Well the extra strong combined with the sleeping pills means I dont stay awake till 5am. So if it means a bit of sneezing. I'll take it.

@HonourableDavid "extra strong" makes me think of the trebor mints that always make me sneeze. hate those things.

One thing about being hospital is i cant just go buy dumplings from the Chinese whenever I like.

Got snuck in some hot sauce to the hospital. The food isn't bad, but add hot sauce and it's so much better.

Til that metal professionals have zero judgement. They are here to help. And it's okay to feel shame. And they will still help. Yeah

Went for a push bike ride today. I am scared of outside unless I'm with someone i trust and is understanding of the situation. Usually Kim. But I tried today. And managed a small journey out. So that's a small step. At least the house is getting tidier. Yay.

A lot of stuff makes me feel inadequate atm. But having no set alarm for anything is one of those things I didn't know made me feel that way. Until just now.

Been told to focus on recovery. So in Dave fashion, I've organised the garage, cleaned and tidied the house, job hunted, fixed my 3d printer, and worried consistently I'm not doing enough to be productive. So this system is going well.

FUN FACT: Elliot refused to hold the prototype as a child so he has a built in sensor that detects anybody giving affection! which is how he found kissy & huggy so quick and immediately put hand to back on both of them
