My Baby cousin 6, got me upset and I told her to leave me alone which she did at that point. Few minutes later I was in the kitchen sweating and she immediately came to me and started cleaning my face with her hands saying
"Someone that's cleaning your face like this after you will be scolding her"

@itschargiee While the assertion might be correct (🤷🏾) I have a different (yet similar) theory. Most of these cameras (the processing) doesn’t take into account some (all) peculiarities (aka wasn’t made for here .. if you get my drift 😉) few years ago, it distorted black skin too

@itschargiee The equator creates a hotter, wetter, more turbulent atmosphere that scatters and distorts light far more than in cooler, drier northern regions. That's why photos from UK or Canada often look tack-sharp while equatorial ones can feel "dreamy" or soft.

Makes me remember my experience as a young graduate. I was in a habit of going to at least one fancy restaurant around VI and Ikoyi every pay day to "eat the fruit of my labour."
This particular day, I had gone to try out the new restaurant everyone was raving about called Jevenick off Adeola Odeku. I was about to start eating when my CEO walked in with her special guests. She saw me and was like "Abimbola who brought you here?" I told her I was there by myself and she was like: "Wow!"
After lunch, I got summoned to her office, and she started telling me how I embarrassed her by eating in the same restaurant with her and her guests.
I had to apologize, oh .😂😂

I got into the elevator with our CEO, the man leading 20,000 employees. It was awkward, but his shoes were matching his tie perfectly, and I couldn’t resist the urge. I quietly said, “Nice shoes, sir,” and he smiled and thanked me. He asked what floor I was going to, and I told him. Then he asked how we were liking the new office we just moved into, and I said we were grateful. For a whole month, I kept waiting for HR to email me and say, “Please don’t compliment the CEO again,” but the email never came. 😅
