@RyanQualtrics @Qualtrics Had a great experience with @Kamik in December. After wearing the boots a few times one of the straps broke. Unfortunately manufacturing defects do happen but how companies deal with it and respond to customers makes all the difference. They were awesome. I'm an advocate now.
