@TimDraks This was a really good mini, but everyone seemed so out of character towards Hellion. None of their reaction made any sense. Worst part it should've started something heavy off for Hellion. His trauma &anger were so compelling it should've been a jumping off point into soemthing.

@dr3amcatcher93 Don't be too hard on Surge. Her character growth is through her being a bitch to Dust. One of the things I loved about this run was they weren't afraid to give anyone real character flaws. The bitches and brats have to start in a bad place to get to a better one.

But it's most notable in the solos, as if they exist in an AU, except they come back to the main books and stand around as if they can't solve entire problem with a thought.

@LokiJulianus There is no specific performance remedy here. The most the judge can do (legally, at least) is order money damages. And that has to go to Court of Claims, not District Court.

A judge is going to rule that the military must use a product from a contractor that it believes to be unreliable during a time of international conflict.

One argument that makes zero sense is X23 getting the name Wolverine when Logan is literally a Wolverine. Yes She is a clone, but if you really are a fan of Laura, you should want her to have her own unique name to stand out from Wolverine.

Will Birthright-Citizenship Case Be Decided on Statutory Grounds? My summary (in post linked in reply) of the competing positions of the Trump administration and of those challenging the EO on whether it violates 8 USC 1401(a). As the Chief has put it, “If it is not necessary to decide more, it is necessary not to decide more.” My guess is that the Chief will be part of a supermajority of the Court that rules that the EO violates section 1401(a) and that declines to address the constitutional question.
