I am pleased to see that momentum for a 4-day week continues to grow. The evidence is clear: a reduction in hours boosts productivity & improves wellbeing. As we said in our 2019 manifesto, "time off to rest, relax and be with family is essential to a happy & fulfilling life."

@airman614 @jeremycorbyn What nonsense, I’ve worked all sorts of shifts and I can tell you that by far I enjoy working the 4 on 3 off shift as opposed to 5 on 2 off, because ultimately Im left with longer consecutive time off to relax and enjoy myself. Some prefer the latter, each to their own.

@jeremycorbyn What’s hard to comprehend here? Hours are not lost just condensed into 4 days. It does not necessarily mean there will be no one in on a Thursday or Friday, that could be left to another shift.
