I'm deep in IFS and Attachment work and there's been one HUGE change. My envy and comparison levels have plumetted. I can genuinely feel happiness for those doing things I aspire to do one day (that I'm currently not capable of yet).

Just spoke to somebody who's destined for insane success as a writer, but is plagued by grueling unease and uncertainty. She knows she's onto something, but since the world hasn't recognized her for it, she feels marginally insane. These early days are tough. Grueling, actually.
