If we actually want to help the black community, Father’s Day would be the holiday to emphasize. Not Juneteenth.

The Battle of Sullivan's Island has to be one of the most incredible early fights in the Revolutionary War. Occurring just days before the signing of the declaration of Independence, Colonel Moultrie held a half finished fort that was woefully under supplied and under gunned, manned by just 400 or so South Carolinian militia, and he faced off against multiple ships of the most preeminent navy on the entire planet. And won. He did so through a combination of his own command expertise, the geography of the land, and the glorious Palmetto tree. Moultrie would martial his men with expert discipline, timing shots so as to maintain powder and ammo only for when they could get precise, clear shots on the ships, enduring endless bombardment. Bombardment which would be largely ineffectual, as the ships had great difficulty navigating shallow waters and sandbars and could not manage to exploit the side of the fort that was completely defenseless, or successfully make a land assault. But the Palmetto tree really was the king of this fight, as the fort was constructed out a combination of sand and logs from this humble palm. Had any other wood been used to build the fort, the bombardment would've certainly shattered the defenses. However, because of the spongy nature of the trees, cannonballs did not penetrate or shatter the defense. Instead, they would literally bounce off, or worse for the British, embed themselves entirely within the wood and sand, bolstering it if anything. And so, after hundreds of casualties to include multiple ship captains, the British would retreat, and the Patriots of South Carolina would have a resounding victory.

Lot of work yet to be done Our undoing was deliberate Our efforts to reconnect heritage Americans with their lineage need to be just as deliberate The 250th is the perfect time to have this conversation

It would be epic if the average white American loved the Saxons, but he doesn’t even know what the Saxons are. You have to time travel to the 1920s to find offline Americans who proudly call themselves Anglo-Saxons

Yo @StephenM I just had an @uber driver from fucking Togo West Africa who took a phone call on speaker DURING the trip about his U.S. taxpayer-funded Pell Grant for his college. Why is he here and why are we paying for his college? WTF over.

John Michael Hill
John Michael Hill@JohnnyReb1989·
I am done with my A.P. Hill Legacy Foundation. Its been a great run, but everything that I do is just me anyway. All the graves I've cleaned. All the relics I've preserved. All the people I helped in NC after Helene. My foundation has always just been me. John Michael Hill. No employees, or other members, nothing. Just me and my amazing followers. I was to engulfed in being the "organization." I've spent a lot of money on the website, and everything else necessary for the Foundation. I've spent so much time and effort on trying to get engagement on my posts to help build the Foundation. I have lost sleep on trying to build it up and get support. I want to go back to just being myself. Like I was for years before my name got known after exhuming General A.P. Hill's remains back in 2022. Over the years, I've cleaned hundreds of Confederate graves all across the country. I've preserved a museum sized collection of Confederate relics. I worked 60-70+ hours a week in steel for years to afford those relics. I did so much that nobody even knew about, because I wasn't known until I exhumed General Hill's remains. Then my name got out there, and all the drama started. People sabotaging my efforts over and over. People in the SCV starting drama and in-fighting. It was almost non stop issues. I never posted about a lot of it, because I hate complaining. But, I've made the decision and I'm done with the Foundation. Nothing that I do will EVER stop or change. Please read that again. I will ALWAYS continue doing everything that I do for our heritage. I will keep saving and preserving relics. I will keep cleaning graves. I will keep doing EVERYTHING that I have been doing. Just like before my name became known. But I deleted my website. Changed all my social media. And I am not renewing my sole proprietorship/DBA. I will just be me. John Michael Hill.

Sadness. After her red cell transfusion on Monday a red blotch formed on @TheSisterKnight ‘s right thigh. The pain has worsened and is accompanied by a clot. She is back in the ER as a precaution against DVT.
