@ClassyGntleman It’s 41 mm but wears closer to a 39 mm. I have the lavender and candy pink. The lacquer dials are not loud at all.

This guy is at home waiting for his new watch to arrive when he gets the “your package has been delivered” email for the $600 Seiko watch he just ordered — his perfect starter watch that he was genuinely excited about. The problem is that he never saw the driver, never signed for it (which was required because it’s expensive), and there’s no delivery photo. The email says it was signed for by someone named “Mike M.” He checks his front door — nothing. Calls FedEx, and they basically say “maybe one of your neighbors signed for it?” So he starts knocking on doors… and discovers the house directly across the street has a giant “M” on the front door. He goes over there and he can hear the baby crying, the dogs barking, people talking, the TV on — they’re 100% home. He even rings their doorbell… dogs go nuts, baby cries louder, someone yells “shut up!” at the dogs… then dead silence. They’re straight-up hiding from him. FedEx still hasn’t done anything to help. So now he’s announcing his master plan: he’s planting himself in a lawn chair in his driveway with binoculars and waiting until they leave so he can walk straight up to their car door and ask for his watch back. Have you ever had a package “delivered” that mysteriously vanished or ended up at the wrong house?
End3of6Days9 (Helen) 🇺🇸@end3of6days9

A customer ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 and Pokemon game with express delivery from Walmart, super excited to play that same night — only for the driver to steal the $600+ package right off the porch, all caught clearly on the landlord’s camera. Even with video evidence, a police report, and multiple calls/emails, Walmart marked it “delivered” and refused to refund, replace the items, or even identify the driver for the police. What do you think he should do in this situation? I personally would call my bank and have them fight the charge.

This is the type of person you have to be to get hired at Citadel Ken Griffin once asked a Harvard graduate with a Citadel offer letter what he would do if he had $10 million in his bank account The young man replied that he would quit his job to travel and climb the highest peaks around the world Ken Griffin responded by saying that Citadel was not the right fit for him

My guest today is Paul Tudor Jones (@ptj_official), one of the greatest macro traders of all time. He correctly predicted the 1987 stock market crash and shorted the Japanese bubble in 1990. For over 40 years, his flagship fund has had a negative correlation to the S&P 500. 100% of his returns are alpha. He says today's market has so many similarities to 2000, "the easiest bear market I've ever seen in my whole life." He makes the case for going long dollar-yen, why Bitcoin beats gold as an inflation hedge, and why he was wrong about Warren Buffett. But what I'll remember most from this conversation is Paul's zest for life. He's 71 and still wakes at 2:30 every morning to trade the London open. He works out for two hours a day. He walks with his wife every evening. He travels the country chasing peak spring and peak fall. He's so excited about the songs picked for his funeral that he wishes he could be there to hear them. Paul has lived five lifetimes in one. He's one of the most entertaining and interesting people I've met, and the conversation will leave you searching to be as passionate about what you do as he is about what he does. Enjoy! @ShawnRyan762 You do realize the petrodollar encourages higher deficits and keeping rates lower than they should be by forcing oil exporters to hold more dollars/treasuries. Both a blessing and a curse.

The petrodollar is the foundation of American power. Since the 1970s, oil has only been sold in dollars, forcing every nation on earth to hold dollars, fund our debt, and keep us dominant. Iran just systematically dismantled that. They closed Hormuz, cutting 25% of global oil supply. Spiked oil to $118 a barrel. Then forced ships to pay in Chinese yuan for passage. Now Gulf states are dumping US treasuries, bond markets are selling off, inflation is surging, Deutsche Bank is warning of a petroyuan era. Every link in the petrodollar chain is snapping at once. When it's gone, your borrowing costs explode, your savings erode, and America loses the financial weapon that has kept us dominant for 50 years. China wins without ever pulling a trigger.

@baldassarreted Nice changes with the bezel insert and teeth. T-fit clasp is amazing. But jubilee with polished center links on this watch looks weird.

The updates continue on the dial and handset. A cleaner two-line layout replaces the previous three-line COSC text, while the seconds hand moves to a circular-tipped design with a counterweight, alongside more pinched hour and minute hands. Subtle tweaks to the bezel insert and teeth further refine the look. The watch is now powered by the METAS-certified MT5400-U caliber, bringing Master Chronometer certification to the Black Bay 58 for the first time.

Hamilton introduces the Khaki Field Mechanical America 250 US Edition. Full details here: tinyurl.com/3r9pnhdz Created to mark 250 years of American independence, this limited run of 1,776 pieces is exclusive to the United States and draws from the FAPD 5101 Type 1, an ultra-rare U.S. Air Force navigator’s watch produced during a brief single-month production run in September of 1970. The design stays true to that original with a 36mm case, fixed bars, and an acrylic crystal with a modern protective coating, along with details like an internal dust cover and a matte, anti-glare finish that echoes the parkerized look of the original. Modern updates include 100 meters of water resistance and Grade X2 Super-LumiNova, delivering a vintage tone with contemporary performance, while the watch is fitted with a brown calf leather NATO-style strap and includes an additional olive canvas option, with a bonus carrying case included. The caseback features a commemorative engraving with a “1 OUT OF 1776 PIECES” marking and “DATE APR 2026,” with the watch set to be released on May 20, 2026.
