I Sverige är det alltså nu så illa att i vissa utsatta områden så finns det självutnämnd moral polis som kontrollerar vilka kläder kvinnor går med på gatan.
Detta är inte mitt Sverige.
@ronbe3@PeterSweden7 Sounds like short term improvement. I'm glad to hear that. But what do you do with those who fail or refuse to integrate? Is mass deportations being considered?
@DefiantLs She’s mad about the guy wearing a hat that is altering the American flag, which is valid according to the military flag etiquette, but I believe that applies to the military only. You’re not supposed to alter the flag nor use the flag as a piece of clothing, for instance.
@rstreets01@JCChristopher@Ellis_ They come from countries where you aren't expected to tip. The vast majority of countries are like that. The US is the exception
Totally agree. Tipping culture hasn’t changed in decades and decades. I’m not sure where all these losers came from that suddenly think they shouldn’t have to pay it but they have no business eating out if they’re that cheap. Totally infuriates me. I have regular spots that I like to take my wife and we always tip well. When you do that and you’re a regular customer, the wait staff remembers you and they treat you well. It works out better for everyone.
@PeterSweden7 Vad är grejen med att svartmåla Sverige så mycket? Jag är svensk, har det jättebra i Sverige. Finns stora problem med integration och gängkriminalit. Men det är ändå ett av världens bästa länder att bo i.
@burnside_king@AioN191398@ThomasL27877220 It was a world war. Unprecedented time. Also in 1948 the Claims Act offered partial compensation, and full redress came in 1988 via the Civil Liberties Act, providing $20,000 per survivor and a formal apology.
40 years late, under compensated but addressed nevertheless.
@AioN191398@ThomasL27877220 The law is not inherently good.
120,000 Americans of Japanese descent were placed in concentration camps in WWII. All their property was seized. They NEVER did anything to help the enemy. Their greatest crimes were draft-dodging.
It was found legal.
It was evil.
@ShepofShibas Oh she’s the neighbour? I bet she's got a ton to teach about gardening. We get lots of veggies from our elderly neighbours & plenty of tips about trimming plants, adding plant supplements/fertilisers & laying plastic over the soil to speed up growth. There's a total science to it
We bought a house in Japan, it cost the same as a used F-350 😆
Works out, after legal/realtor fees to 5,800,000¥ 😳
For a HOUSE! 😆
It’s built in 1981, steel framed, fully renovated 3 years ago and has been well maintained and looked after.
A 2018 Model X is still basically the best vehicle on any road at any time.
These older vehicles have all the stalks.
No interior cameras if you’re into that sort of thing. Still under an infinite mile battery and motor warranty for another year.
Every so often you might just click over to ‘Ludicrous+’ to embarrass any contender on the road.
Waymo CO-CEO :
“This is, to me, where the government has a role to play. I think the regulators should issue a national standard, so everyone is demonstrating their safety.”
??? : Excuse me. What did you say?
@hanaamurakami Konichiwa....... wtf are you talking about? Konmichiwarts? No appreciative Westerner says that. We learn the phrase, the pronouncistion and respect that comes behind it. Stop pretending. It makes me sick a non-Japanese is making a post like this..
I feel like many people are curious about Japan, even if they don’t have the chance to come here. I’d love to share real life in Japan our culture and some of my own experiences.
Also, I speak English, so you don’t have to say “konnichiwarts” to me 😅
Looking forward to talking with many of you!
ありがとー!
Something shocking happened in Japan.
During the Fukui governor election, a candidate promised to oppose immigration and multicultural coexistence policies.
Because of this, Sanseito supporters helped him win the election.
But after becoming governor…
He suddenly reversed his position and started supporting organizations promoting multicultural coexistence.
Many voters feel betrayed.
Even people in Fukui are angry, and some are now calling for the election to be redone.
This is becoming a major political controversy in Japan.

George R.R. Martin on how film and TV adaptations make the story worse:
"Everywhere you look, there are more screenwriters and producers eager to take great stories and “make them their own.” It does not seem to matter whether the source material was written by Stan Lee, Charles Dickens, Ian Fleming, Roald Dahl, Ursula K. Le Guin, J.R.R. Tolkien, Mark Twain, Raymond Chandler, Jane Austen, or… well, anyone. No matter how major a writer it is, no matter how great the book, there always seems to be someone on hand who thinks he can do better, eager to take the story and “improve” on it. “The book is the book, the film is the film,” they will tell you, as if they were saying something profound. Then they make the story their own.
They never make it better, though. Nine hundred ninety-nine times out of a thousand, they make it worse."
Is he right?
@ah_laylah@NoContextHumans Becasue theIr constitution was rewritten with the US after WW2 so that Japan is unable to have an army except for self defense.
@IfindRetards Is there an award globally we are unaware about to see who can be the most retarded and woke country in the world? It is fascinating the levels these wingbat leaders will take into the depths of retardism. People are going to have to stand up. Make it make sense. Begging.

@AsianDawn4 I might be naive, but I’d question myself first. Older people in those regions, who likely don’t speak much English, would hardly direct English racial slurs straight to someone’s face. How likely is it that they even knew those words?
🇰🇷 Many followers pointed out numerous cases of African-American tourists assaulting Asian elders in China, South Korea, and Japan throughout the years because certain words or phrases somewhat sounded like racial slurs in English.
In 2011, an African-American man was arrested for assaulting a 61 year old passenger on a city bus, according to the Bundang Police Station in South Korea.
According to a witness the old man apparently said, “Niga yogi ¬ anja,” or “You sit here,” but the perpetrator must have misunderstood him as using a racist term, reports The Korea Times.
Police said the accused was a 24-year-old English instructor, identified only as “H.”
Back in 2020, a White professor in USC was put on leave for saying a Chinese word that sounded like a racial slur against black people.
The professor is fluent in Chinese.
Thank you for your concern about the current situation in Japan.
Even though so many people overseas are concerned about us, more than half of Japanese people still seem unaware.
It's not that they're unaware, but rather that they have no interest.
Talking about politics is taboo in Japan, so there's no opportunity to talk about it.
Because that's how we were raised, people sometimes think we're weird if we do.
They don't tell us why, but I now understand that it's because it's inconvenient for politicians.
Many young people don't understand that politics is directly connected to our lives.
And the media hides anything that's inconvenient for the government.
Both the government and the media have no qualms about lying.
Last month's election was riddled with fraud.
The Japanese Bar Association called for a rerun, but there will be no rerun.
Many Japanese people realize that something is wrong with this situation.
But even if we all raise our voices, the government won't listen.
They're moving forward in a direction that's completely opposite to the will of the people.
Many mosques are being built.
Kindergartens and schools that do not serve pork have appeared.
More companies are building prayer spaces.
Some kindergartens even teach children how to pray.
The number of Japanese store clerks has decreased.
Many companies are firing Japanese employees and hiring immigrants, claiming to be short-staffed.
This is because they receive subsidies from the government.
If they marry a Japanese woman and have children, they are given large sums of money paid for by Japanese taxes.
Many immigrants make advances on Japanese women in the hopes of obtaining permanent visas and making money.
More and more Japanese are being killed by immigrants.
Shrines and temples have also been devastated.
Japanese people are killed or raped, but no charges are filed.
It's because they don't speak Japanese.
Is this multicultural coexistence?
Japanese people are not allowed to own guns.
Japanese police officers do not carry tasers.
Carrying pepper spray is also prohibited by law.
If attacked, they have no weapons and can only resist with force.
Japanese people have deepened interactions with people from many different countries.
While there are some discriminatory people, most have never thought of it that way.
That's still the case today.
We are not discriminating, we are making distinctions.
From 2027, a large number of immigrants will be entering the country.
Many have already arrived, but...
Japan is no longer Japan. It is already becoming a different country.
We must not allow immigrants into Japan.
Sorry this is so long.
I used a translator, so there might be some strange language in some parts.
Thank you for reading this far.
