The same year the DOL certified 14,181 H-1B positions for Microsoft. Microsoft ranked third in the entire country for H-1B applications. Microsoft says most were "renewals." Renewing 14,181 foreign worker positions while laying off 15,000 Americans. From 2021 to 2024 Microsoft filed more than 5 H-1B requests for every 1 net new American job created. And while Americans were losing their jobs, Microsoft committed over $20 billion to cloud and AI infrastructure in India. $3 billion in January 2025. $17.5 billion more in December 2025. Satya Nadella met personally with India's Prime Minister to announce the investment.

For decades, Congress: • Passed trade deals that rewarded offshoring • Expanded foreign labor programs without enforcement • Ignored wage suppression data year after year • Took lobbying money from outsourcing and visa-dependent corporations • Looked the other way while American workers were replaced This wasn’t negligence. It was a transaction. Productivity rose to the highest of any country. Wages flatlined. Communities hollowed out. The people elected to protect American workers did the opposite. They protected profits, donors, and global supply chains instead. They are the subservient lapdogs of the Chamber of Commerce and their ex-politician lobbyists. If every American voter, without a passport, decided to get a passport, as their primary form of ID, it would take 5 years to fill the requests. But Republicans want this to be in effect before the midterms. They know this, of course, so it’s obvious voter suppression.

Hello everyone. I've just had multiple accounts unbanned, some banned as long as six months ago. Although I am excited that wrongs have been made right, in order to not violate the X TOS rules, I am going to have to put specific content on each. Accounts range from 15k-30k. What this means is that I will be creating even more content, but they can't be repetitive or sharing the same exact thing or else it's considered spammy. I am taking this weekend to brainstorm on what to do to keep EVERY ACCOUNT fully populated daily. Through this whole process everyone has been so supportive and amazing. I know many of you are also dealing with unjustified bans. Hang in there. ❤️

There’s an extensive list of activities in which Americans take for granted the requirement to have a photo ID and no one complains about it. No work life balance, hiring process is grueling - they aren't looking for talent, they are looking for subservience. The tech job market has been wrecked by the flood of foreign labor.
