Housing prices are still very close to ATH.... the time to buy is when you see the entire market in a freefall crash like 2008. That should happen again very shortly with tighter immigration laws being pushed but 0 slow down on the construction side of things. Then if you are buying, your mortgage and interest going to be giga cheap because not many put their balls on the table during market crashes. I think you get to see this crash sometime within the next year or 2 tops, so essentially your gonna probably save yourself 50% if you wait, or cost yourself 50% and heavy interest if you don't.
