We had evaluate lot of (in our opinion) nonsense projects that simply didn’t scale well commercially or just didn’t fit within our overall commercial mission. We are working with third parties outside the ecosystem in project that did meet our criteria. We are always open to proposals, although we would prefer to bring individuals with good ideas in house in the areas we are concentrating on. That has already happened. Although the evaluation process is very tough, think Y Combinator style.

Today Kii have completed our main flagship projects which will all be running directly on the L1. Now just the final security hardening and migration to enterprise servers. The two will begin to collide faster than most people even in the energy industry are willing to admit. The energy industry tends to be conservative but when move it does it does so very decisively and the capital naturally is always there, Ai and their hyperscalers are already beginning to move the needle. Energy especially zero emission energy is the key to both markets.

Its just remarkable to me how fast crypto became irrelevant. No one built a single thing on it that gained widespread adoption (I guess other than just a payment platform) Remember when it was going to replace the dollar? Laughable.

I believe many missed an important point in yesterday’s announcement by @KaspaKii. None of the posts I saw referred to a detail that is easy to overlook. In my opinion it is enormously important! “Islamic Finance” Simply explained: The most important principle: In Islam, interest is forbidden. You cannot earn money from money. So how does it work? Instead of interest based credit, through profit sharing: Murabaha (tested by WarpCore) The bank buys the product and sells it to you at a markup. No interest, just a purchase price. Ijara (also tested) The bank buys the asset and leases it to you. Like leasing, but without any interest component. Musharaka (also tested) Bank and customer become joint owners. Profit and loss are shared. Sukuk (also tested) Islamic bond. No interest, instead participation in real underlying assets. Why is this huge for Kaspa? The Islamic finance industry manages over $3 trillion globally. All MENA central banks (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar) must operate in full Sharia compliance. WarpCore built exactly these instruments on Kaspa and passed 286 tests without a single failure. This is not a coincidence. This is a sales pitch written in code. I deliberately waited before posting this, because honestly I have no deep knowledge of the Islamic world. I expected someone with greater expertise to pick up on it.
