Ms. Kerkhoff’s 2015 soccer injury did not give her a 'slight limp' from which any reasonable 'analyst' could link her to the bombing suspect. Ms. Kerkhoff has fully recovered from her injury. In the interim, she has run multiple marathons." Harris County Civil Court Judge Nathan Milliron filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy last May, according to KPRC 2. According to court records, Milliron's case was dismissed in June 2025 after he failed to comply with required filings. He reportedly had nearly $70,000 in debt, owing $30,000 to Amex and other balances to Chase, Discover, and Bank of America. "When a bankruptcy case is dismissed in federal court, the debtor is still legally responsible for their debts," KPRC 2 reported.
