Yea the memorial was more like a demonic celebration using pyro tech and sparklers. No way you can pull something that big off in the speed it was all put together even the spaces and lodging. The amount of coordination had to be massive and well planned. Event coordinators would know this usually takes a lot of time with teams working long hour days. Check on how soon the blocks were secured for it all. It would need high-level coordination to pull it off that fast.
