6. At this stage i have more questions than answers which is very frustrating. The moral of the story is do not attend and hospitals in Lincolnshire

1. According to a ophthalmologist at United Lincolnshire hospital NHS trust I have a very pale optic nerve, loss of vision and colour vision in my right eye and nonreactive pupil. He suspects I may have a brain tumour pressing on my optic nerve.

@timspector My daughters secondary school has been shut all of this week, 26 teachers off with Covid, my husband currently has it and 2 friends this Pandemic is certainly not over as much as Boris would like it to be.

As Zoe daily cases hit 330,000 - we see cases rising in all areas in all ages to record levels and super infectious omicron BA.2 now over 93 percent of U.K. cases. Hitting schools and hospitals again and still no public health messaging!

Great timing as new cases hit 316000 admissions increasing and cases over 60 surging and we haven’t mentioned Long Covid yet . No sign of a slowdown - thanks for sharing

Why is the NHS past breaking point? I wish I could bring you good news. I wish I could tell you as the peak of Omicron passes🤞we are regaining the capacity to treat the millions waiting for urgent and routine care. But, honestly, it has never been as bad as this. Why? 🧵

Dropping isolation makes work & socialising riskier & boosters are waning, covid keeps evolving & it's harder to know about local case levels. Basically govt plans that we will all get covid several times - like a cold but with a much more dangerous disease. Not science based

#PMQs @EmmaHardyMP asks why mesh injured women will not be given financial redress - a key recommendation from the Cumberlege report, July 2020. PM says if there's anything more we can do we will look at it. Patients say they feel swept under the carpet.

Now that I’m (hopefully) over the worst of my coronavirus symptoms I thought I’d share my experiences in case it’s helpful to others. Long story short: it’s been really bloody brutal and scary in places and I’m really aware I had it far easier than so many others. 1/
