@HIExpress staying in HIE Ridgecrest. They currently can’t check anyone in or issue room keys due to an issue with internet/websites. Absolutely ridiculous. Receptionist having to let me in my room everytime I go out of it

@McDonaldsUK My 15% discount wasn’t applied when I paid for my order. The front of house staff (including manager and customer care manager) told me to complain on here rather than them doing anything about it. Poor service

@Carpetright no one from branch or customer services is replying regarding a damaged carpet fitted 1m ago, or any compensation for the damage caused by the fitters (inc broken bed) customer service is AWFUL. Would not recommend to anyone

@Victorianplumb I ordered 2 vanity units back on 26/11/23, and when delivered one was missing the sink. I’ve now had 3 failed deliveries of the sink,today it has failed to show again. You are now holding up the fitting of my bathroom. Don’t order the RAK vanity unit
