I've hired over 100 people in my career and nobody has ever quit my team. I don't know if that's luck or not. But when I'm interviewing, I've always looked for low ego, high credibility. I think people stay when they see you actually care about where they're going, not just what they can do for you right now. If this resonates with you, I'm hiring nine roles right now at bolt.new. If you know someone who would be a fit, tag them below!

A customer of ours just changed the title of all PMs on their team Everyone now is a “Product Maker” Because w/ Bolt they’re not managing products anymore, they’re building them directly The prototype is the product

Your images should move as fast as your code. Bolt can generate images now. Describe it → you're done. Transparent background built in. Optimized format out of the box. One less tab. One less export.

Claude Sonnet 4.6 just landed in Bolt. The most agentic Sonnet yet: plans multi-step features, parallelizes work, executes without hand-holding. Opus-class skill at a fraction of the cost. 48h promo: With Sonnet 4.6 only, Pro users get their monthly limit as a bonus. Free users get 2x limits.

You've built something great in Bolt. Next project, you duplicate it. Then the duplicate drifts. Two weeks later: five versions, zero consistency. We just fixed this.

My current workflow for websites/landing pages and prototype apps is Claude Code -> Github -> Bolt. This is excellent for newbies to vibe coding. Throw a screenshot or image with a design language you like into a Claude project folder along with any other context, Have Claude Code build the app/site. Push the code to Github. Then open the project in @boltdotnew. I like Bolt over Lovable here because Bolt loads the code exactly as you built in Claude. Lovable, for some reason, doesn't maintain the design properly. You can also use Opus 4.5 in Bolt, and Bolt has a plan mode that is great for finding/suggesting anything you might have forgotten while working in Claude Code. Bolt also has a complete backend built in that makes testing apps easy at very low cost. Bolt also pushes updates back to Github automatically, and does a security screen to be sure the app/site is secure. You can then publish live to the web either with a bolt URL or your own domain very easily. Curious about @AlexFinn opinion on this.
