@emmayj1 @ATTHelp The Tech that came said the previous guy didn't do it correctly. They ran fiber directly to the new router inside but had to fix the outside too!

@KathrynCal @ATTHelp Fiber normally just goes to the main box in your house - then you should have CAT 6 to your router...
