@British_Airways We have been trying to get our voucher code to use on our new booking since January & still haven’t received it! Can’t call anyone & never get a reply from an email or a filled out form! It’s £300 of our money that we want to use on a booking with you & it’s been made SO painful!

@babyplanetuk@iCandyWorld I have received the DuoPod but looks so odd the difference in colour and material! I’m so disappointed we spent all that money at the BabyShow to get our perfect pram in the colour we loved to end up with this! Why wasn’t one reserved for us when we ordered it in May? Bad service

@iCandyWorld@babyplanetuk pt2 frustrating and disappointing that we had to chase for a resolution and now sent a Duopod that doesn’t match the pram we have spent a lot of money on!
@iCandyWorld bad experience with @babyplanetuk we ordered a Twilight Peach at BabyShow in May, pram arrived missing DuoPod inc in the package. Called several times over last few months and were fobbed off with false promises to finally be told its no longer available in Twilight!
