@O2 how do I speak to a business account manager please?! I've spent THREE WEEKS calling your technical team trying to get someone to activate my phone and they have never called me back as promised and even hung up on me (FOUR TIMES) instead of answering my questions!

@bt_uk congratulations on having the worst "customer service" I have ever experienced. Over EIGHT hours on the phone* just trying to move my Nan's landline. Four requests raised, 3 cancelled without informing me, and significant stress and loss of income as a freelancer🤮 *so far

@KatieMerrien All departments deal with complaints at first point of contact Katie - if this is relating to the home move order then the team you're on hold will are the ones best suited to handle it for you. ^Dee

@bt_uk So far they haven't, and I'm still on hold. Still with no landline package in place. Do you not deal with complaints either? The previous complaint I opened was closed without contacting me, because it was assigned to a product order that didn't go through (due to BT's error!)

@bt_uk Hi. I had the email through about my new plan. The team got the order wrong - missing something AND charging me £8 more a month compared to a previous order (cancelled due to BT's fault) for the same thing. I'm on hold AGAIN (25 minutes in) and apparently there's another error!!!
