I'm 16. I ship private AI servers that go inside law firms and hospitals. Physical hardware. Frontier models. Agents that draft contracts and clinical notes automatically. Powered by @openclaw 🦞. Their data never leaves the building. Ever. First install: Miami. One week. @AlphaSchool gives us real time to build real things. This is mine. Be sovereign. Sovereignatx.ai

You're right, local models aren't as good as cloud models That's not the point though The point is to have free, private intelligence that can do work for you 24/7 around the clock I have a 3 local models scraping Reddit, product hunt, and other sites 24/7 Looking for challenges to solve That model hands all of those challenges to another local model That model takes the challenges, then builds apps to solve those challenges A 24/7/365 software factory that never sleeps Would never be possible in a million years with cloud models. Would cost me $10,000 a month in tokens. I paid that one time up front for a Mac Studio that runs this Yes Claude Opus 4.6 is smarter than Qwen 3.5. But Qwen 3.5 running locally is still Sonnet 4.5 level. Just 6 months behind. Think about how good it will be 6 months from now. Nvidia just entered the local race. They are going to change EVERYTHING That's not even counting all the other benefits: 1. You can't get banned for using the model the wrong way 2. Costs just the price of electricity 3. Completely private. No AI execs reading your logs 4. 0 latency 5. Completely customizable This is the future. Become sovereign.

@aliromman_ @Star_Knight12 Yeah, I use Sonic for all day chatting and Haiku for all my cron jobs. I'm actually trying to move my cron jobs to local models, and that saves like half my money.

Two experiments in the next @openclaw to address some "GPT is lazy" issues: 1) Strict mode: agents.defaults.embeddedPi.executionContract = "strict-agentic" This tells GPT-5.x to keep working: read more code, call tools, make changes, or return a real blocker instead of stopping at “here’s the plan.” docs.openclaw.ai/providers/open…

@steipete @openclaw It's crazy how much a simple system prompt can really help your experience with ChatGPT. I just told it to research and confirm everything, and it just doesn't hallucinate anymore. It just says, "I don't know" if it doesn't know it.

The most amazing future is about to arrive Open source AI models are about 6 months behind at all times All the latest open source models are at about Sonnet 4.5 level That means 6 months from now, open source models will be at Mythos levels Meaning, anyone in the world could run super weapon intelligence on their Mac Minis This might scare you, but it actually makes me incredibly excited This means every person in the world, as long as they can buy a computer, will have completely democratized abilities to create anything they want Any product, software, service, anything Before 2026, you needed to know how to code, write, speak specific languages, or pay for a college degree to produce value It was gate kept to the privileged Soon, quite literally anyone, as long as you have access to a computer, will have super genius level abilities to build anything they want Elon Musk objectively made the world a better place by creating incredible products But there is only 1 Elon Musk. What happens when every person in the world becomes Elon Musk Don't let the doomers on the timeline scare you. We are entering the greatest golden age in world history

@googlegemma I think google would do well releasing a 200b ish gemma model. the small ones are insane right now and would be much better if they just had more size.

Local Gemma 4 on a MacBook Air M4 at 25tok/s on @atomic_chat_hq 👏 Open-source ChatGPT alternative. Run local LLMs or connect cloud models — with full control and privacy. Now add Google TurboQuant caching for large context windows and proper tool calling for agentic requests, and this gets a lot more serious for developers. I think a lot of us got reminded painfully this week that being able to run models locally should be supremely important. As Anthropic stopped letting Claude Pro/Max subscription allowances cover OpenClaw and other third-party harnesses. Atomic Chat can run local models like Llama, Gemma, and Qwen, but can also connect to cloud providers when needed, which is a more realistic design than pretending every task should be fully offline.

Day 30 of speed running AI and becoming an expert as a noob ✅ Switched OpenClaw to GLM 5.1 ✅ Data Analyst Call about ai set up ✅ Installed Local Models (they sucked) Felt like I spent the whole day failing and learning what not to do. Which is one step closer to being great.
BentoBoi@BentoBoiNFT

Day 27 of speed running AI and becoming an expert as a noob ✅ Learning GitHub ✅ Polymarket Bot Analyzer v1 ✅ Learning how to use Claude Code & VS Code more Speed is king, but it’s taking a while to learn all these new tools from scratch lol. Learning things one by one.

@GoogleAI Come on, Google, give us the 200 billion parameter version. 26 and 31B are excellent. 4B are also very, very good for their size. Imagine if we had a 200 billion one. It would beat kimi
