@4for4_John Chargers getting both their Top 10 picks back at tackle is a huge deal as well. Love seeing someone talking o-lines, when they have such a huge impact on Fantasy Football, even if they don’t score any fantasy points

He’s probably still a top 3 TE, but not a lock, if guys like Kraft or Loveland make the leap, and I’d be shocked if Bowers isn’t TE1 this season. While I get what you’re saying about RB depth, taking a RB in the top-5 after signing another RB is more than just adding depth. And yes Beck targeted Bowers more than McConkey, but that’s true for every QB at UGA during their time there. Which speaks to Bowers immense talent. UGA under Smart is known for not giving any offensive weapon hyper volume, with the exception of Bowers. I’m not knocking or even disagreeing with your points, it just seems the consensus by many is McBride’s 160+ targets and 28% target share is the norm moving forward, which is highly unlikely to repeat. I expect Bowers to be targeted a ton this year, but still don’t see him averaging nearly 10 targets a game like McBride did. Nor do I expect McBride to see that kind of volume again this year

@KeithFlemming @JimCoventryNFL He has to regress quite a bit to not be a top 3 te. The cardinals defense probably isn’t much better, they brought all that RB help because they went through 6 rb’s last year, and Carson beck was the qb that targeted Brock bowers over Ladd mcconkey in college …….
