Having a copy of reports digitally helps in case the hard copy is lost. EMR also helps in patient analysis. Hopefully EMR would be implemented at BMC hospitals soon. Its usefullness during covid times is beyond doubt. #COVID19 #KEMHOPSITAL #EMR #MUMBAI #DigitalIndia

During such covid times, where over crowding should be avoided at all costs, EMR would be very helpful. It would decrease work load on us, doctors, and we would be able to cater to a much larger number of patients in a shorter time.

@mybmc @OfficeofUT @AUThackeray Almost all private hospital in the city have adopted Electronic medical records (Emr)long ago, but we at BMC hospitals are still awaiting it be implemented. EMR is the future. Nobody can deny that.

Why is there so much hate for doctors, inspite of providing yeoman service during the pandemic with no regard for our own health. That too at a govt hospital, where treatment is at minimal cost and doctors are paid peanuts. Yet they stay back just for the people # kemhospital.

What have we done to deserve such treatment?? Is being a doctor in India now a health hazard? Don't you need us anymore? # kemhospital

It seems that while the entire country- Union Govt, State Govts, ULBs and Panchayats are trying to manage covid, reduce new cases and save lives, the HRD Ministry and UGC wants to just do the opposite

The decision of the HRD Ministry of Union Govt, and the UGC is absolutely absurd and probably from an alternate universe. I urge UGC to not make this a silly issue of egos and realise that lakhs of lives of students, teachers, non teaching staff are at stake. (1/n)

Wonder the protocol if an exam going resident gets infected during duty.....

When the victim itself is saying she is happy with the treatment met out to her. The post itself becomes moot, even though maybe she was forced to. As far as other things go Info : Legit. But can we do anything: not when the victim is denying it.
