No wonder he’s so defensive about it… For over a month, Trump and his minions have been pushing outrageous conspiracy theories about imaginary antifa vandals who have been cutting “350-foot gashes” in the Reflecting Pool, ruining the $14 million paint job that was rushed and done poorly. Now that the pool has been drained once again, we can see that the only damage to the bottom of the pool is from when Trump had his motorcade drive over it, for some inexplicable reason. He should be forced to pay back every cent of the cost to fix this pool from his own personal account…and then have the rest of it seized for being the proceeds of a criminal enterprise. Two years ago, our country witnessed an unspeakable act of violence in Butler, Pennsylvania. Being at the hospital in the aftermath of the attempted assassination of President Trump is a day I will never forget. Through it all, President Trump wasn’t focused on himself. He wanted to make sure everyone else was okay. I was with two dear friends that - Dan Scavino and Steven Cheung and must admit I had a few minutes of being in shock and even a little weepy. I’m grateful to God for His protection over the President and the team. But the cost of that day was nevertheless greater than many realize and we will continue to pray for the families impacted. We will not forget the day in Butler.
