@AmazonHelp I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing in there. This is ridiculous, you’ve literally taken my money for orders then froze my account. I’ll be seeing which agencies this respective complaint would sit with and reach out to them.

@AmazonHelp I recently moved from the US to UK and signed up for UK Prime. After a couple weeks my account was locked for suspicious activity. Responded to the email and nothing since. Ive called support over 7 times with no luck. Been almost a month now. Please help.

@AmazonHelp Hey Nancy - I called support on March 27th and was told I would hear back. I have not heard back (this is now the 8th time I have gone through this). Please give me another option besides calling customer support

@AmazonHelp If this is not resolved, I would like refunds for the following items that I paid for and can no longer access: US Amazon Prime Membership (I believe I paid ~$129) Amazon Echo (No longer usable because I can't log in to my account)

@AmazonHelp I have tried this - it leads me to your customer service number, which again, I have called 7 times. Each time they take my information and tell me that the Service Department will reach out to me, which they don't do. This is very frusturating

@AmazonHelp I got an email from address-verification@amazon.co.uk on March 4th saying "Your account is currently under review by the department in charge. We will be reaching out to you via email in the next 24 to 48 business hours." I have heard nothing since despite calling 7 times.
