Office rent is overdue by 3 months.
House rent is overdue by 6 months.
Office landlord has sent auctioneers. You have 14 days to go.
You did work for your county government and they owe you 45M that is over due by 3 years.
Your bank's loan is over due by 3 years. The loan you took to deliver on the job. The bank is auctioning your father in laws house you used as collateral for the loan.
You have no more friends because you have borrowed from them all and now they have cut you off.
Your wife left you 7 months ago. She left with the kids and you haven't seen or spoken to them since.
Your siblings no longer speak with you because since you stopped sending them money.
Your mum us sick and admitted in the local government hospital and she has been there for 3 months and no proper treatment.
This is the story of many people who did work for the National government or the county governments. This is the story of many entrepreneurs who dared to dream.
Life is very hard. Be kind to people you meet.

The greatest existential threat facing businesses in Kenya today is GOVERNMENT ( National & County ).
Pending Bills (declining to pay suppliers because they aren't politically aligned or are from previous administrations), incoherent & high taxes, 'official' corruption and lack of respect for the rule of law and government procedures within government(s).

An incident in Kilimani, Nairobi has drawn attention to the effectiveness of Kenya’s immigration policies as suspected foreigners frequently seen soliciting money around Yaya Centre and Dennis Pritt Road roundabouts are reported to be harassing motorists with violent behaviour.
"Good afternoon, Nyakundi. I have a serious issue with our immigration policy as a country. Our borders are so porous, and Kenya is now open to foreign exploitation. Driving around Kilimani, Yaya Centre, and Dennis Pritt Road roundabouts, you will come across this gentleman and many more begging from motorists, which is not bad at all, but something fishy stands out. The boy in reference is so volatile. he will stop the motorists even when the lights indicate go, demand money, and react violently.
He was almost run over by a V8 around Somerset, Nyangumi Road. Fortunately, the driver was so courteous, though agitated, he survived. Approximately ten minutes later, he was making it back on foot. This boy literally banged a brand new Mercedes-Benz bonnet, hit an X-Trail tail lights, and even showed the road users the middle finger using both hands. I confronted him on why he was being violent and harassing motorists. Before I could reach him, a motorcycle with registration number KMFN 056 L came to pick him up and upon realizing I was on his radar, he started acting like he was aware of anything. Let's be a serious country. Any foreigner living in Kenya illegally should be deported ASAP. Where is Interior CS Murkomen?"
