Has anyone here ever seen such a clean cut and obvious crime as what these 2 commited?
The jury, the delay of having the trial for months, the initial delay in who they are, the drip fed footage over weeks and weeks, the deliberate delaying again at this level now with Jury and judge.. all to soften their incoming deserved repercussions.
And why ABH not GBH?
Please correct if this innacurate because I haven't checked but isn't ABH (Actual bodily harm) a lesser charge than GBH (Grievous bodily harm) ?
If so then why did they get that? What they did looked pretty Grievous to me.

Well Folks the Jury in this👇 matter will Deliberate for an EIGHTH day; it is exceptionally Unusual for a Jury to deliberate for such a period for an ABH; there will be a finding of Guilty; NG Or another Hung Jury where the jury just cannot come up with a Majority verdict of 10-2

Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old British university student, was stabbed multiple times by Vickrum Digwa, a 23-year-old British Sikh. As Henry lay bleeding out, Digwa claimed he had been racially abused.
Police handcuffed Henry at the scene instead of immediately treating him. Henry drowned in his own blood.
This case must be fully exposed. Don’t let it be buried.

Elon just offered to fund a wrongful death lawsuit against UK police officers who handcuffed the victim of a stabbing. Henry Novak had been stabbed by Vickrum Digwa with an 8in Sikh martial arts knife. When officers arrived, Vickrum claimed he had been racially abused, while Henry was lying on his side, telling the police he’d been stabbed and couldn’t breathe. Officers immediately took Vickrum’s side and told Henry that he was under arrest for suspicion of assault, dismissing claims that he’d been stabbed. Henry died as a result of his injuries. The UK is beyond a joke
