@AmericanAir Completely unreasonable restrictions on trip credits! Can't use trip credits from a cancelled May 2022 flight for a Jan 2023 trip because tickets were purchased in Dec 2021. Punishes buying tickets in advance! Had I bought original tix in Jan 2022 I could use them!
