@tushv24 @GuwahatiRa57466 @TorqueIndia @Tataev I think they will go with 65 kWh and 75 kWh. This time, they might specify nominal capacity, with usable capacity being 2-3 kWh lower. They might not want to go back to the drawing board again. It's a hectic process to update a product every now and then.

@BunnyPunia Discounted rates have become official prices now. Better VFM than Windsor.
No more 45kWh keeps a clear separation with Nexon. Sierra should ideally come with only 65kWh now and Harrier with 75kWh.

Tata.ev finally discontinues Curvv 45kWh
With 55kWh now at 16.99L, it definitely is a better VFM than Windsor.
What the lineup should look like
Punch 40- Nexon 45- Curvv 55- Sierra 65- Harrier 75

@vmanjunath Sir, This is the issue in Car’s wiring or faulty infotainment. It has nothing to do with EV Powertrain.
It can happen to any Petrol/Diesel car too.

EVs are an eternal work in progress. Better have an internal combustion engine for now with analog meters and less electronics . When the battery is from BYD with a Mahindra sticker on top ; then we are done for .

We’re on a road trip & our 4month old @Mahindra_Auto ‘s driver display isn’t working. No way to know what our speed is nor how much range we have. This is a serious safety hazard! How was this basic error not caught in HiL testing or at least in ramp up testing @anandmahindra ?!

Most of the Idea purchases cars for 8 - 10 lakhs now.
Punch EV like Product in bigger size like Nexon can work wonders at 12 lakhs
It will be easier to sell as Automatic car
Because most of the Automatics in that size start at 12 lakhs
Combining the City fuel savings and Automatic 10-12 lakh is sweet spot for EV’s of size of Nexon
Tata can do it coming years for sure

He was saying, 7 Seater earns him more through more fare and he was of view he needs atleast 350-400kms as range to use it as fleet for intercity travels(Hence the 50kw need)
For Incity use Windsor EV can be great option(Even 38kwh) for fleet operators for Premium segment like 5 Star Hotels, Airports etc..
If not 50 then atleast 45kwh is needed for 7 Seater at 13 lakhs

What’s changing?
