@Budget told me after quoting and reserving a car for $393.99 at LaGuardia airport because I altered the reservation the new charge was $742.12. Hmmm, never did anything to reservation except add my DL prior to checkin which btw was almost 2.5hrs in line to checkin

Customer Service on the phone said sorry, no sorry but that’s the policy. Seems to me that the agent fails to understand what department he is actually in. @Budget you need to be better
