Evidently I believe the oral tradition from the Orthodox Church is the oral tradition passed down from the apostles which has been passed down from the Old Testament. That’s why I appealed to Genesis to show you oral tradition is in fact passed down cause how else would we have the days of creation Cain and Abel, Noah’s flood, etc etc.

That’s a modern low church preference projected backward, ignoring that the same Spirit active in Elisha’s bones and apostolic miracles continued in the Church. If you reject relics while claiming “Bible only,” you have to explain away 2 Kings 13:21 and Acts 19. And you can’t you just assert “not the same” without evidence.

Grandiour wasn't an option the first 50 years of the church. Too busy going about the Father's business in missions and helping the widows and orphans. My friend is a missionary in China. You are not allowed to practice non-approved versions of Christianity which is loyalty to China first and it's illegal to gather in homes but people try anyway. They get jailed, drugged, and shun from society. That's the kind of Christianity I am into. You memorize as much of the Bible because you are unsure if someone finds it and takes it away. Almost all Christians say it is not a matter of if you go to jail but when. This also happens in places like Iran. You cannot convert without grave repercussions, Farsi Bible is illegal, and you can be tortured to death.
