On this day, I lost the woman who gave me life. I was only 18, but her love, strength, and selflessness left a lasting imprint on who I’ve become.
She lived with a quiet grace, always giving and always leading by example. The values she instilled in me continue to guide my steps every day hence I am who I am, an independent woman.
This isn’t about sympathy, it’s about gratitude. I carry her lessons with me, and in everything I do, I know I’m making her proud, hence I will always celebrate and commemorate her .. My angel, my guide and my pillar ❤️

Traffic is beginning to pile up on the N1 southbound at Kranskop Plaza in Limpopo as motorists make their way back to Gauteng following the Easter holidays.
Road users are urged to plan their trips in advance, remain patient, exercise caution, and adhere to all traffic regulations.

@AdvFloLetoaba @KaizerChiefs Tjo…re swabile bohloko. They should have just said they don’t want to play. What an embarrassment 😢
English

@moflavadj @TheRealPitso It’s like they don’t wanna play anymore. Today is just terrible 🙆🏾♀️
English

Someone better call @TheRealPitso because this is just bullshit! We need a real coach!

@ms_tourist @Anelemcwabe I accept the personal part. But must reject the pregnancy part of it. Particularly the twins one. My waist cannot handle such at my matured age 😏
As I look forward to Grandkids only in my future 🤭

@ms_tourist @vuyisile_sthole I must say the notes are misleading. Mining Indaba is a very formal event. Mostly attended by Directors and CEOs. You will hardly find people from the mine sites in attendance. I do however do not dispute that some ladies do come with a different agenda

@vuyisile_sthole Kindly offer me a job Vuyisile, yes I’m desperate for Elon’s cash..
Algorithms have us deal with such rubbish

@Mmarona28 @_Nwai Can never happen, not in the near future at least. Work starts at 05:00 in this world Mam

@ms_tourist @MediaZaban865 Ya’ll, grief is some world…lost both my parents. My Mom last, and the coin flipped. Thanks for sharing your experiences…it makes the load lighter for a while❤️

You are most welcome my Kheydaship. At one point, it even made me decide that I wouldn’t have a child. Hearing from those who witnessed my mom gasping for air after a major operation, how she was lamenting about her children, stayed with me in a way I can’t explain.
That period was the most testing time of my life. I was still in matric, trying to survive school while my world was falling apart. Even now, I look back and wonder how I made it through. Because of my experience, I didn’t want to have children cos I knew then that life isn’t for the weak..

I know many of you, who have lost their loved ones will resonate with this video. I often joke that I hold a PhD in mourning, having lost my mom, dad, and brother between the ages of 18 and 25.
Because I’ve walked this journey, I try to comfort others who have lost loved ones. One undeniable truth about death is that it changes your life forever. Some days are manageable, even peaceful and then there are days when you wake up remembering and longing for the normal life you once knew. Healing is not linear, and it has no expiry date. The most brutal losses are often a mother or a sibling, because the connection we have with them is lifelong, rooted from the very beginning, bound by blood and the umbilical cord that once connected us.
It’s not that you haven’t moved on, or that you’re stuck in the past. Acknowledging their existence simply means honoring the role they played in your life. You can’t erase them as if they never mattered. Instead, we learn to grow around the pain. The pain doesn’t disappear…….we grow stronger and wiser alongside it.
That’s why it’s so important to prioritize your happiness, no matter what you’re carrying. Joy and grief can coexist, and choosing happiness is not a betrayal of those we’ve lost, it’s a way of continuing to live.
Special days like Mother’s Day, Easter Holidays, Christmas or any other special days that are significant to you, will sometimes trigger you…. To anyone reading this who has walked a similar path…..you are not abnormal. Your grief, your reactions, and your way of coping are valid.
These experiences have taught me never to judge anyone. Pain affects us all differently, it can either make or break you ….We are not the same, and that’s okay. Happy Sunday ❤️

@TshenoloPi “ however she asked that we are not be too harsh”… Apologies for wasting your time and petrol for nothing.

Last night in Soshanguve, Block VV, there was a serious domestic violence incident at a house rented by a man and a woman who appear to be a couple.
They are not our clients, but they are next-door neighbours to our client. Our client contacted us after hearing loud fighting and screaming coming from the house.
When we arrived, we attempted to calm the situation and de-escalate it. We found that a Nigerian man was physically assaulting his South African girlfriend, who is a coloured woman.
During the intervention, the man made disturbing statements, claiming that South African men are weak and that women should be treated like children. He further stated that a woman is a man’s property and that if she is “out of line”, she should be beaten. We strongly reject these views.
We advised the woman to open a case so that the boyfriend could be detained. However, she asked that we not be too harsh and later stated that she did not want him arrested because his immigration documents are not in order and she did not want to ruin his future.
She requested that we keep him overnight and bring him back in the morning (heban thats kidnap) le gona whatare we gonna do with a whole human being? What are we gonna feed it? We don'tknow how to cook jollof rice , stating that both of them would come forward the next day.
Domestic violence is a serious crime. No person deserves to be abused under any circumstances.
We just made him dance and left them in peace. Are gafe rena
The team that attended the scene was the Famous Isuzu by the way

@CoolLood @MadiBoity Then why fight so much to get his nonsense here if he doesn't want nor need our money?
What exactly is it that he and y'all want from us?
Just leave us alone since clearly we don't want each other. It's truly that simple.🤷🏽♂️
English

@ms_tourist I don’t appreciate your violence on a Sunday 🥺😏
