@amznsellerhelp Could you please kindly help me? Everything in my selling account that passes the DD + 7 reserve hold goes straight into Account Level Reserve with no means to disburse. I am unable to manage a business in this way, when I cannot get paid and this is not how the disbursements are supposed to operate.
All released DD+7 proceeds ==> Account Level Reserve

I am processing hundreds of orders every day. Ever since the DD + 7 disbursement policy was implemented, I have struggled to get paid. Any payments that already passed DD + 7, instead of being made available for disbursement go straight into Account Level Reserve. Nothing available for manual disbursement, just the Account Level Reserve keeps incurring everything released from deferred status under DD + 7.
I am requesting that you fix my payments and make the funds that passed DD + 7 available for disbursement and not stuck in another, different holding place.
I opened case ID: 20093080821, I have no means to operate my account with zero means to get paid for fulfilled orders.

Please cancel this disposal order for me before the products are destroyed. I spent hours trying to request cancellation of the disposal order and every case was abruptly ended with automated, generic templated responses. I have no means to get help! I have been selling online since I was 13. When I started, most of my competitors (in collectibles) were in their 50s / 60s and it was so strange to then see their stores be empty one day and never have any items listed again… Times are changing. It started with garage sellers, now Amazon is mostly aiming for the pros and small brands.

if I ever get reinstated to the Amazon Seller Forum, I will be happy to participate alongside you and other community managers. I joined the Amazon marketplace as a teenager and became a six figure seller thanks to my dedication and hard work. Unfortunately, my entire life had been destroyed by a cyberbullying crusade on the Amazon Seller Forum orchestrated by a cabal of retired booksellers who couldn’t withstand the presence of a cheerful quirky young girl on their playground, which they dominated by then. To solve the problem and keep the loud men happy, Amazon banned me from the forum, which community constituted my entire social life.
I spent nearly a decade suing the abusive trolls and Amazon. Every court decision was in my favor and I obtained six figures of damages. Amazon issued me a public apology. However, the company categorically refused to reinstate me under any circumstances. Every single one of the bullies is still on the forum. No action in any form had ever been taken to enforce my tormentors or remedy my matter in any way and Amazon is somehow hoping that I will just disappear one day.
In January 2023, Amazon launched a new forum software, where they migrated all users from the old forum. Everyone started with a clean slate, however my account was manually banned 20 minutes prior to my first login, making me the only person in the world banned from the forum.
I am a young woman full of life and energy to thrive in a community, where I was valued and celebrated. I have been deprived of any sense of belonging as an Amazon seller, banned, blocked, excommunicated across all Amazon entities and channels, being treated worse than dirt. Could you please explain to me why would a company like Amazon seek to harm someone like me? How many court decisions in my favor will be enough for Amazon to start treating me in good faith, as opposed to sabotaging me using all available means?

Please help me, I can’t describe how sad I am. A long legal letter was sent to Amazon last week. I just wish Amazon to apologize and to treat me in a friendly, respectful manner, in good faith, as a valued member of the community. @AmazonASGTG @amazon This has been happening to me for the past 7 months. Chinese sellers with black hat tactics completely took over the Amazon platform. If your account is still running, you have no guarantee it won’t get sabotaged tomorrow.

All of my best-selling private label brand registered ASINs are getting spammed with sexual terms to achieve Adult classification. My ASINs are constantly hidden from sale and attacked again as soon as they are reinstated. The abuse continues relentlessly. My ASINs B0DGXW6998, B0CWN8JRP4, B0D2Y1KL5N, B0D8T2ZT5C, B0CZ2LMN71 are currently Adult-flagged and hidden. Please help me and prevent this from happening again 🙏😭
