@nectar Many emails later - now my complaint to go to a company called Rocket Miles - the amount of negative reviews on Trust Pilot is shocking. Nectar -you need to think more about your reputation - might hit you in the profits!

@KimEHarper I'm sorry to hear that, but it's not something we can assist with on our end. I'd advise raising a complaint with Nectar hotels if you're not satisfied with how things have been dealt with. Rob

@nectar Thanks Rob, will continue to complain but after all Nectar is Nectar and all are wholly owned subsidiary’s of Sainsburys. As per my tweet earlier very bad form- would suggest a total lack of accountability and AVOID!

@nectar I have and the response has been less than helpful and defensive of an indefensible position. An over 100% mark up isn’t acceptable,led to me booking a hotel based on trust of the brand. It was not somewhere that I would have stayed. Please advise where else I should take this?
